As a retreat chef, my approach centres on nourishment and balance. I believe good food should heal, energise, and inspire — using vibrant, naturally colourful ingredients that support different parts of the body. Each dish is crafted with high-quality, locally sourced produce to maximise nutrients and align with the rhythm of the retreat.

Featuring artisan cheeses from The Fine Cheese Co. with seasonal accompaniments — ripe fruit, chutneys, honey, and artisan crackers — they’re perfect for guests to graze, mingle, and indulge.
