At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: good food is one of life’s greatest joys. It brings people together, creates memories, and nourishes both body and mind.
Trained at both Leith’s School of Food and Wine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’ve come to see food as so much more than just fuel - it’s connection, creativity, and care. The gut–brain axis shows how deeply our wellbeing is tied to what we eat, and that’s why I believe in eating the rainbow: vibrant, diverse ingredients that nourish us fully from the inside out.
Our events are designed to celebrate this philosophy - bespoke dining experiences that honour the seasons, champion local producers, and make every ingredient count. By cooking root to stem, peel to seed, we create dishes that are thoughtful, flavourful, and low waste.
We cater for groups of up to 100 guests, crafting unforgettable gatherings that range from baby showers in the countryside to birthday dinners in ski chalets, hen parties on yachts, and corporate events in your office. Every event is tailored to the setting, season, and people at the table.
Because to us, waste isn’t inevitable - it’s simply a missed opportunity. As one of our guiding principles says:
